1. Brief Introduction
The sand washing plant can be divided into the waterwheel type and bucket chain type. Its function is to separate off the stones, branches,grass and wash sand and make sand clean. The finished product can be used for building,road constuction and many industrial usages.
Since 1996,we have manufactured the sand sieving machine and sand washing machine. The structure of the sand sieving machine is not very complicated, but there are still some details which we need to take care. For example, the angle of inclination of the hopper, the length of the conveyor belt from the hopper to the screen, the mesh size of the screen,and the stability of the complete sand sieving machine,the total power of the equipments.
We can design the sand sieving & washing machine according to the specific requirements of clients, the capacity,types of materials wanted, discharge distance and driven method. If there is no electricity in your working site, we could use diesel generator to supply power for the whole sand washing plant.
